Michael J believes in treating each and every individual customer the same way that he would want to be treated himself if he were the customer. We try to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase! You can return any un-used or un-damaged purchased items for any reason as long as you notify us by phone or e-mail within 48 hrs after you receive your product. We pride ourselves on free fast USA shipping. Most items are shipped out within 1 to 3 business days via UPS or Fed Ex Ground with tracking provided. Once shipped allow 1 to 5 business days for your item(s) to arrive. You cannot count weekends or holidays as business days. Some smaller items may be shipped via USPS (no tracking) at our descretion. If you pay for an item and we do not have that item available to ship either from here or from one of our many distributors then your payment will be promptly refunded unless you tell us that you will wait for backorders. We prefer having a street address to ship to. Some items require a street address (no PO box). When a street address cannot be provided- we will ship USPS priority but it can take up to 7 days longer to ship because many items are shipped direct from our distributors and many of our shippes will only ship UPS to a street address in which case we would have to have the item shipped here first and then we forward it on to you via USPS. So always give an actual street address (no PO boxes) whenever possible.

We are an authorized dealer with several distributors- if we don't have the cue that you want in stock - we can probably have it shipped direct to you from one of our distributors. Our distributors usually ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery can take from 1 to 5 business days depending upon your location.

You should e-mail or call to check availability of cues before ordering (please mention model number and weight). Sometimes if we do not have a cue in stock we will be able to have one of my distributors ship it direct to you (if they have it in stock). We can only check availability on most cues during regular business hours (usually 10am EST until 10pm EST on week days). Our website pages have e-mail links that you can use to contact us to check availability. If you order any item and we do not have it available either here or at one of our many distributors- we will notify you immediately for instructions during regular business hours.

We will consider shipping to certain foreign countries- customer must pay shipping, handling & customs charges. E-mail us to find out if we will ship to your country. Certain other restrictions may apply. All USA shipping is free and includes insurance.

We never charge extra for shipping- the price you see is what you pay.

CUE RETURN POLICY-(Please read carefully). If the cue is damaged in any way when you receive it do not chalk it or use it. ONCE CHALKED IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. You must describe the damage so that you will not be held liable for it. Check your cue over thoroughly when you receive it! If it is damaged in any way or if you are not satisfied for any reason you must notify us with the reason why within 48 hrs either by phone at 1-800-301-POOL (7665) or by e-mail to mike@michaeljscues.com and then ship the cue back to us (or we may direct you to return it direct to the manufacturer) insured within 7 business days un-used, unchalked and otherwise un-harmed and after the manufacturer examines the cue we will (at your option) either replace the cue (if possible) or give you a full refund of the amount you paid (including shipping) or give you a credit for the amount that you paid good towards another cue. If we receive the cue and it has been chalked it will be shipped back to you and there will be no refund. Your refund will be made after the cue is returned to the manufacturer and we have received our credit from them. All refunds will be made in the same manner in which you made payment. After the 48 hrs it is your cue and it is your responsibility to take care of it. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There are no guarantees against breakage, splitting, warpage, tip replacement, dings or dents or any damages that may be incurred by user after purchase. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THE RETURN SHIPMENT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID. Customer must initiate insurance claim if shipment is lost or stolen. If customer does not have the return shipment insured and the product is lost or stolen- it is the customer's loss. Please note- You do not have to return the cue within 48 hrs- You just have to notify us within 48 hours of your intentions to return it and then ship the cue back within 7 business days. If cue is not returned within this stated time frame- your refund will not be honored and you return cue delivery to us will be refused.

Sorry- we do not accept returns if we are not notified within 48 hrs of delivery date.
