ORDERING & SHIPPING INFO
USA ORDERING INFORMATION: Yes- We ship to Military addresses and we give a 5% discount to military personnel. To order with a credit card (Paypal shopping cart) you can click on the "ADD TO CART" buttons next to or below the item prices. A window will appear with the item selected and it will have the price of the item in it. If you should change your mind about your selection at any time you can delete the item by clicking the "remove" box and then click on "update" and this will delete that item. (This must be done before you complete the process if you wish to delete an item). We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard by phone toll-free at 1-800-301-POOL (7665) between 10:30 am-10pm EST (after hours or weekends and holidays- leave message and your call will be returned promptly- usually the same day) . If you wish to pay by cashiers check or money order you need to click on "Order Form". You will be taken to the order form page. Simply print out the order form and fill in the necessary information about your item such as price, weight, model number, etc. and mail the form along with the cashiers check or money order (no personal checks please) to the address on the form. If you do not have a printer you can just write the information on a piece of paper and send it along with payment. Be sure to include your phone number.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Although most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your item for domestic orders. This is in case we have to backorder an item in which case we will notify you and offer you an option of cancelling the order. Most large items are shipped UPS OR FED EX GROUND (tracking provided). Shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (no tracking). If you want an item shipped via UPS expedited or USPS Express Mail or some other type of shipping you must e-mail me for exact cost options. Some small items may be shipped regular mail. Also if I am out of an item I may be able to have it drop-shipped to you directly from my distributor in which case it may be shipped via UPS Ground. OHIO RESIDENTS MUST PAY 6.75% SALES TAX
CUE RETURN POLICY-(Please read carefully). If the cue is damaged in any way when you receive it do not chalk it or use it. ONCE CHALKED IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. You must describe the damage so that you will not be held liable for it. Check your cue over thoroughly when you receive it! If it is damaged in any way or if you are not satisfied for any reason you must notify us with the reason why within 48 hrs either by phone at 1-800-301-POOL (7665) or by e-mail to mike@michaeljscues.com and then ship the cue back to us (or we may direct you to return it direct to the manufacturer) insured within 7 business days un-used, unchalked and otherwise un-harmed and after the manufacturer examines the cue we will (at your option) either replace the cue (if possible) or give you a full refund of the amount you paid (including shipping) or give you a credit for the amount that you paid good towards another cue. If we receive the cue and it has been chalked it will be shipped back to you and there will be no refund. Your refund will be made after the cue is returned to the manufacturer and we have received our credit from them. All refunds will be made in the same manner in which you made payment. After the 48 hrs it is your cue and it is your responsibility to take care of it. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There are no guarantees against breakage, splitting, warpage, tip replacement, dings or dents or any damages that may be incurred by user after purchase. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THE RETURN SHIPMENT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID. Customer must initiate insurance claim if shipment is lost or stolen. If customer does not have the return shipment insured and the product is lost or stolen- it is the customer's loss. Please note- You do not have to return the cue within 48 hrs- You just have to notify us within 48 hours of your intentions to return it and then ship the cue back within 7 business days. If cue is not returned within this stated time frame- your refund will not be honored and you return cue delivery to us will be refused.
Sorry- we do not accept returns if we are not notified within 48 hrs of delivery date.
