LIFETIME WARRANTY: Effective on or after May 1, 2008 all Players cues are now covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects including warping. In order to make a claim you must send your Players cue (both sections if 2 piece) to Cue and Case Sales Inc, 190 Cumberland Park Drive, St. Augustine, Florida, 32095 Phone: 1-800-835-7665. You must include a copy of your original sales receipt from an authorized dealer and a note explaining what is wrong with the cue and the weight that you want on your replacement cue. Also include contact information. Only Players cues purchased on or after May 1, 2008 are covered by this lifetime warranty. Players cues reserves the right to determine if your cue is covered by this warranty.
