You must include a copy of your original sales receipt from an authorized dealer and a note explaining what is wrong with the cue and the weight that you want on your replacement cue. Also include contact information. Only Players cues purchased on or after May 1, 2008 are covered by this lifetime warranty. Players cues reserves the right to determine if your cue is covered by this warranty.
